Qonnectis (QTI:AIM) – Finals PTP: -£0.86m (-£0.81m) Divi: n/a (n/a)
Sales trebled at the £4.9 million cap last year and there should be further progress in 2008, particularly after October's £200,000 order from Thames Water for the company's Leakfrog water leakage monitoring product.
Qonnectis developed the LeakFrog jointly with Thames and, just before Christmas, inked a licence agreement that will enable the firm to market the device both in the UK and abroad.
LeakFrog enables utilities to track down water leaks in consumers' homes and establish how bad they are. Major utilities and several NHS trusts have signed up for the Sunbury firm's other services: the GSM mobile network-based iStaq and online myMeter offering, which allow users to analyse remote meter data and increase the efficiency of their water and energy consumption.
The shares of Qonnectis held firm at a 12-month high of 2.33p.
Shares says: Gathering momentum and worth a speculative punt.
