Oil equipment and services firm Lamprell has reshuffled the board and top management ahead of it move to the main board.
Peter Whitbread, currently chairman and chief executive officer, will step down as chairman with immediate effect. He will carry on with his chief executive role while Peter Birch, currently the deputy chairman, will become chairman.
Nigel McCue, currently a non-executive director of the Aim-quoted business, will become chief operating officer in May. Shares remained unchanged at 368 pence.
The group said it expects the move to the main market to occur towards the end of the year, with JP Morgan Cazenove acting as the sole sponsor and broker for the listing.
